"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. "When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so you could feel the stress when you needed help. The room was clean overall but the room was very old and outdated and you needed to use the big light to turn on all the small lights which I found strange. We only stayed one night thank goodness because we were flying out the next day."

"The hotel is nice. However, it took us almost an hour to go through the check-in process and the staff seemed very stressed out the whole time and it was very hard to communicate with them. Out of the 3 panoramic rooms with tower view we booked, only one was available when we checked in even though it was almost 6pm. They said the hotel made a mistake and all the rooms were taken by somebody else, seemed like there was a big group arriving that day. One couple in the group ended up having to take a twin-bedroom because there was nothing else available and another one of the rooms barely had a tower view (which we had paid for). The guy at the front desk told us he was giving us drink vouchers to make up for the inconvenience, when in reality they were an expedia perk that was included from the beginning. The rooms were spacious enough, the amenities were nice, but the service could improve a lot and the hotel seemed a little dated. Overall it was an okay stay but the hassle to check-in was so bad we almost missed a reservation. Would not stay there again."

"The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and the amenities were excellent. Our room had air-conditioning, as well as an air purifier. Turn-down service was available and enjoyable. The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is located walking distance to Shinagawa Station, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. It is also centrally located and has sights to see in the community. The Sauna and Whirlpool services are unavailable to those with tattoos, unfortunately, but our room had a relaxing jet tub. The in-room dining service was quite expensive compared to previous experiences, as well as NADAMAN TAKANAWA PRIME was more expensive than expected. I recommend trying nearby local restaurants, such as Royal Host or 麺ダイニングたかなわ for a more affordable and authentic experience. The staff were able to accommodate an hour later checkout time, as well as book transportation to Narita airport on our behalf."
