"Great location for a couple with dog in a quiet area of Matlock. Convenient park and walking routes from here. Dog friendly. Between two good pubs for food. We have a petrol car and parking in front of cottage was OK, but maybe a big SUV cannot and you need to park around the corner. Comms from owner were good and had no problems checking in and out."

"The house is up a steep windy road on a hill. Working out where to park was a bit tricky, but we got there in the end and the view more than made up for any car confusion, it was just what we were hoping for."
