"Had a great family vacation over New Years. The buffet dinner offered New Years Eve was fabulous. No shortcuts on quality or quantity. Shout out to Jose our beach server. The most attentive and personable person we have experienced in Mexico. We have been to the Mayan Riviera many times and this was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Will definitely be back. The beach was incredible and we aren’t beach people 😂. The Riu Palace Pacifico was a great first experience. Many thanks to Alberto with Gray Line. My husband lost his passport and the whole team was incredibly helpful in helping us to locate it. Thankfully it was in Customs at the airport so we were able to get it right away and not have to worry about getting a replacement. "

"The food was great, but the key to this resort is the beach (and bar). Safe for kids and there’s a surfing area too. Wish we had stayed longer!!!!"

"While our stay didn’t start off smoothly, it ended on a high note because of Mario, the Hotel Duty Manager at Fiesta Americana. Due to an issue with water on the floor, we had to switch rooms multiple times, which was understandably frustrating. However, Mario stepped in and completely changed the tone of our experience. He was attentive, calm, professional, and genuinely empathetic. He listened, took ownership, and made sure the situation was handled with care and urgency. What could have been a negative experience was transformed into a positive one because of his leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction. Mario made us feel valued, heard, and appreciated—and most importantly, confident that Fiesta Americana stands behind its guests. Because of Mario, we would absolutely return and recommend this resort. Service like his is what truly sets a property apart. "Everything was very good and nice. Clean and nice rooms, very good amenities, nice restaurants with NO need for reservations, no passes required for towels , high quality of food and good brand of liqueurs every time and everywhere. Secretes side is for adults only! The staff incredible! Paty, luis and Perfect in the Pool bars, Aremy and Denise in the breakfast restaurant , and Antonio in the taxi/Lobby receipt area. The only low is the beach that has a lot of rocks and you can not enjoy the sea waves. Very good and enjoyable trim escape for us. We’ll go back again for sure!"
