Best hotel ever

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

Amazing location for everything, clean, modern and comfortable

Room and facilities were excellent for our stay to visit friends. Location is great for us to get around. Staff were always available to assist with a smile.

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

Great location with a great view from the balcony overlooking the beach. A short walk the the ferry terminal one one direction and the mall in the other. The room was perfect for a couple whether you want to relax in the unit or do some sightseeing or dining.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Perfect location right next to the beach and shopping and a few minutes walk to the ferry. Will be back!

Great location for travel out of and into Australia.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. Hotels never like the what you see in the photos , But Meriton WOW , The room a one bedroom Harbour suite , we walked in , It was amazing, The views were stunning, also from the bedroom, Would definitely recommend !!

Breakfast really exceeded my expectations, lots of choice and great quality, definitely the best breakfast I've had in a hostel. Hostel is very modern and clean, with nice events: I especially loved the Friday $5 lasagna night. Booked a female only room and felt safe throughout my stay, really liked the design of the bunk beds with their curtains, lights and convenient charging points. Only improvement I would suggest right now is proper lockers rather than trays under the beds for personal...
