"We requested some things on check in and it took 3 phone calls before they were delivered to our room. The rooms are a little tired. Room was not soundproof. Beautiful view, but the windows were dirty. We couldn't use the top floor bar as there was a private function booked."

"This hotel is a dream. You can feel you are in the middle of a Sanctuary full of animals as if you were leaving in a Safari. The food, the views and the possibility to have access to the zoo. The staff was absolutely great with us. They gave us a beautiful gift because of my husbands birthday that made our experience unique. The only "bad" thing was a lady of the staff that was host in the restaurant. She didn't have patience with us as a non english native speakers"

"What an experience! Highly recommend for Sydney locals and tourists/visitors. Keep in mind it's not a hotel – but the amenities are still lovely and all you need. Tents and bedding are also surprisingly warm for a cool winters night, and dry amid a flash rainstom. 10/10!"
