"My room was not cleaned properly. There were crumbs on the shelf area under the TV and on the desk. There was no caraf for making coffee, but there was coffee. The ironing board cover was useless. It was old & would not stay on the board. Breakfast was over at 9am on the dot. Suggested they offered it until at least, 9:30am"
