Clean hotel but there’s no parking for the overnight guests. The parking is mostly taken up by the people paying for the hotel tours….so that’s a nightmare. Also hotel

Friendly staff, clean room, gorgeous area. Loved the ghost tour we went on and Estes Park is beautiful and there is just such an interesting history.
The property and surrounding area was beyond beautiful and relaxing. It was everything I was looking for in a stay, and the staff was beyond accommodating and kind. I can’t recommend staying here enough.
I have to admit I was a little disappointed that we were not staying in the historic part of the Stanley. Rather, we were in the Aspire, which is fairly new. That said, it’s lovely. We stayed in a room that was very small and did not have a closet. Rather, it had a short armoire that was not tall enough to accommodate a dress or even a suit jacket. We ended up storing our luggage in the stand alone bathtub. The bathroom was huge compared to the bedroom. The staff could not have been nicer.
This is a historical beautiful property and if you in the area I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. However the mattress is too soft and not very comfortable and there is no central AC so rooms do get hot even in winter and the only way to keep cool is opening the window which is fine but that makes the main door flap making a noice like someone is banging on the door. Otherwise the property is amazing with multiple bars/restaurants and all sort of activities to do.
Everything was 5 star except two problems. First was the eggs Benedict were pretty bad ( the eggs were hard boiled) and the second was the loud construction at 7 am. I had a great time otherwise.
Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project.
Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible conduit through a piece of plywood wedged into a partially open window. I could go on and on. Huge disappointment on many levels. Don’t stay here.
Very cool historic cool in a beautiful setting! My room was not as clean as it should have been. There was coffee splattered on the wall and bathroom floor had some hair. I wanted a later checkout ( like 30 mins) and they wanted to charge me. A bit ridiculous, in my opinion. Hence, the four star review.

Price was expensive for having to carry your luggage up 3 levels. Couldn’t find the check in
Poor maintenance and cleanliness, room wouldn't warm above 60, no warm water in the shower, construction all over, poor signage throughout the property, broken elevator, room 4 flights of stairs up only for the key not to work. Booked a 2 night stay, only stayed the first night.
