"The staff were super welcoming upon my arrival and the room was comfortable, clean, and I had no issues with the wi-fi. Free on-site parking was also incredibly convenient and the location was walking distance from several restaurant options (Subway, Tim Hortons, etc.). "Room was clean. Building looked freshly painted. However there were cigarette buds still in ashtray outside of room and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and food eventhough its a smoke free motel. Reception smelled awful. Owner / manager was very rude. Personal shoes everywhere. I made the mistake of leaving a Google review before check out. When I came back to my room at night my key had been disabled so that I would see the manager and he could scold me for my review. He was very defensive and argumentative and very unprofessional. I would have returned but after that incident I will not. Price is decent. Location is prime."
