"It was a very fun experience! The area is very nice and everyone is very friendly ! Would recommend getting a new fridge ( doesn’t keep drinks cold ) and also add proper blinds or curtains for the windows as the sun shines in all day and inside became over 35 C with the air conditioner on sometimes ! Would also recommend more fans if a better AC unit cannot be installed .Property manager was great. Would come back again!"

Le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas et celui qu'on nous a remis en rempkacement étaient plein de moisissures à l'interieur. Le televiseur ne fonctionnait pas non plus et aucun remplacement disponible. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, on a very calm and pretty street. We had such an amazing vacation, and we will definitely come again.Just a tip, don't miss the sunset, it is magical"

"The whole property is really nice, retro vibes! The rooms were spacious and super cute with a lot of attention to little details: neon signs, retro radio, wine glasses, balcony hammock, retro mini fridge and the cutest little bottle opener we wish we could’ve kept! The staff was amazing! We just had to text them and they would bring what we needed; steamer, ice, etc. the s'mores and fire pits were a great way to end the nights, the pool was heated which was a bonus! Another plus is it’s a short walk to the beach and main strip. The Heydays restaurant has amazing food and drinks and they offer poolside service which was really cool! Will definitely be staying here again :)"

"The cottage was very cute, clean and well stocked but small. With me and 2 teens it would have felt tight if the weather kept us inside. The outdoor patio was a great addition for meals and hanging out. Tim was very responsive.Very short walk to the beach and downtown Sauble. Excellent getaway for all ages. Would definitely go back!"

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this cottage. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicated with us quickly every step of the way. Check in was seamless, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. What really stood out was the owner's kindness. After learning that we were still in the area after checking out, they generously let us continue using the cottage until we were ready to leave. That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable.We truly appreciated the communication and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Sauble Beach. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Beautiful rooms This is our second stay. We were not as impressed with this stay. There was no continental breakfast served Thursday July 2/26 No posts stating why. Heavy perfume scents in the hallways. I feel that there needs to be more staff on hand especially during day hours or have the info, needed, posted within each room, such as: Contact number Wifi password, ... Numbers for restaurant. Very unfortunate that the roof top patio has VIP section , that no one told us about , and it closes at 9pm We were not aware that we could have watched the fireworks from up there Which was a much better unobstructed view. I love Sauble/Saugeen beach and will always be my favorite place , not sure that The Sands will be my fave place . .. Will have to 👀 👀....."

"Cottage was lovely, comfortable, great location & proximity to Beach. However I feel more amenities should have been provided for the cost paid, ie, fresh water in the unit already there, tin foil etc we didn’t realise we needed to buy; we ran out of toilet paper & also had to purchase; BBQ gas had been shut off when we’d been advised it was always on…took a bit to figure out; the TV/Stereo system was a challenge to operate with soo many remotes! The Denon remote batteries were dead; no mention of replacements; a bundle of complimentary firewood would have been a nice touch! I brought my own drip coffee maker as Kuerig does NOT make quality coffee, especially when on vacation when one wants excellent coffee in the morning! The Front door combo lock was unreliable..it sometimes worked & sometimes didn’t…again perhaps a battery problem owner should be ensuring is functioning properly. These are all attention to detail items that owner/cleaners should ensure are ready for each paying guest making their experience memorable as opposed to unexpectedly running to store/inconvenienced/wasting precious time when only staying a couple days! The instructions/rules/laws were overemphasised & duplicated on different emails/VRBO App etc.which was confusing to find a quick answer/solution without bothering owner multiple times.Overall we enjoyed our stay. I trust my feedback is appreciated to improve upon fine details making paying guests experience more satisfying & come back again! "
