"Family had a great time at the cottage. 16 of us including 3 children. -enough sleep spaces without the ground floor (which I knew we would not get after speaking with host) -1st floor bath has toilet n shower only, main is full -enough towels, bedding, toiletries etc. -all appliances inc. tv, wifi, A/C worked without issue except BBQ ignitor, which we got to work using a lighter found in kitchen drawer -some indoor amenities listed that were not there: fireplace, fitness room/equipment, wood...

"We would have enjoyed our stay if it was cleaner. Spider eggs, cob webs and dead flies in cabinets. We aren’t very picky, but the place was not very clean."

"We are two adults. The cottage itself is really nice; not overdecorated, but with everything you need. (Although I do not know how a family of four can dry towels or change clothes or keep their stuff in this space; but they do!) Our impression from the listing was that this was on the water, but it is over the road from the path to the beach, so you have to go out to get the views, which are lovely. The pebbled area with chairs (and fire pit, which we did not use) is also lovely; sitting with...
