Room was clean and tidy, but the wall where the single bed was against was damp. Windows were dripping wet in the morning, so that explained the dampness. Milk for the room was in a jar, which I found odd. Door for the shower came off and almost fell on my 10 year old when she took a shower. Also found a cockroach in the kitchen when we woke up. Other than that, the room was good.

We enjoyed having a family room it fitted all 6 of us comfortably. Easy location great rooms great host good communication with host when asking questions.

Over night stay
My main reason for staying here as it is close to Boulcott hospital (800 meters) which was great as within walking distance. It is a little dated and quite pricey for the standard it was, however the staff were very friendly, and bed and shower were fine (which I guess is the most important thing). Close to shops and hospital

Excellent motel in great spot
Arrived early but made welcome straight away.Booked in by lovely owners who sorted our room within ten minutes of arrival. They were a mine of information about the area restaurants and local shopping. Rooms very clean and tidy with nice new comfy beds. Nice kitchen and bathroom areas. Just all good go stay and find out for your self.

Had a three night stay for an event in Lower Hutt. 2 adults and 1 teenager. Extremely friendly welcome on arrival. The unit was a good size, super clean with lovely extra touches in the bathroom in the way of cosmetics etc. super comfy beds and soft sheets. Great internet, all the Sky TV channels and the heating in the room was instant. We found the location to be perfect for us and really quiet. Will definitely be back for the same event next year.
