"Older rooms in hotel left a lot to be desired. Carpets were dirty and furniture outdated. Room not as advertised in pictures, should’ve been a separate shower in bathroom but it wasn’t there. No lift although advertised and disabled guest was made to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to room. Service from the receptionist at check in was disappointing and came across rude."
