"Breakfast is superb. Location is unreliablely good. Nice friendly staff . Room a wee bit dirty though, could write my name on the dust on the table. Room bit too dark for the mrs putting her make up on and the price of drinks criminal. Overall however, good hotel and if coming back to london id book again "

FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land. "We had a great stay here in a studio room. It was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The modern bathroom has a separate bath and shower which was appreciated. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. "

"First, the address of in the listing is not actually the entrance, which was confusing. The room was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. There were no paper goods other than toilet paper, so we had to buy paper towels and tissue. Also, no washcloth (which seems to be the standard in the UK?) The deposit (hotels.com won’t allow me to say the amount) is excessive, IMO, and atypical. "
