"It was fabulous from arriving to leaving. We were greeted by a very informative gentleman, wo did not get flustered even when there were other guests wanting to ask questions or book out. Very helpful when we asked questions regarding the travelling. The room was very clean and had everything we required. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous and had a lot of choice. Again staff attentive. We have already said we would certainly book again and inform friends. "

" It appears that I previously left a 3.5-star rating, although I am unsure how this happened. I would like to amend this, as I have now stayed here several times and have always had a very positive experience. This is a lovely little hotel that is spotlessly clean. The team are consistently friendly and accommodating, making each stay enjoyable. It is perfectly located for attending events at The O2 and for visiting the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying here."
