"What a hotel! When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond. We will definitely stay again & would like to thank Hyatt Regency Stratford for a wonderful stay! "

"Incredible find in a tourist area that is full of activities. I rate the IBIS London Excel Docklands 5 Stars. My room is equipped with an Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, bath robe, full size towel, rain shower, window that overlooks the river, king bed, extra pillow, and big screen TV. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions and the water. It has a bar, restaurant and security system in house. All for under 100 pounds per night! "
