Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious room with a small kitchenette. It's not in the nicest part of Stratford, but is good for transport links.

Staff were lovely and very attentive! Free toiletries are available in the reception. Room and bathroom was very clean and the smart tv was nice. Only minor thing we had a bit of trouble with was the shower because the door doesn't fully close, so sometimes the bathroom floor would get wet easily. The location was great, walking distance to Stratford shopping centre and easy access to the airport coach. We had a lovely stay thank you!

Stayed with my son for Metallica weekend. The property is in the best location for London stadium and the rooms are clean, tidy and have a well equipped kitchen. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful staff, close to Stratford station and Westfield. Good option when prices for hotels in the centre of London get a bit crazy. Clean and well maintained rooms, easy access, snacks and drinks available at reception.

Great staff and amenities, minor fixes needed. The hotel is a 7 to 10 minute walk from the station. Do not rely blindly on map apps because they send you down quiet side streets. During the day you can take a shortcut through the Westfield shopping center. The area has everything you need including supermarkets, markets, and restaurants, though it can look a bit rough in the evening. The staff are outstanding, super friendly, and work tirelessly. Some of them definitely deserve a raise. The room is a good size, though it might be a tight fit for large luggage. The bed was comfortable and bug free, despite finding a random slice of cheese on the floor. Tech setup is excellent with super fast WiFi, loads of sockets, and app streaming on the TV. There is a functional foldable desk, and the side pantry with a microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine is a brilliant touch. The bathroom needs work. The door would not close properly, the shower sprays water everywhere without a proper screen, and there is no wall hook for your towel. Simple fixes here would make a huge difference. Aircon was good.

On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight. Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. Apology repeated but I had to initiate possibility of part refund - we paid £254 (concert night). Further apologies by message but offered only £38 (£19 ea)for loss of essential facility for complete stay. Suggestion of £50 comp rejected. Shame. Spoilt the experience.
