This hotel was everything I wanted for my trip. The hotel is centrally located. It is close to Westfield mall, close to the Elizabeth line that goes straight to Heathrow Airport. The staff were very friendly and warm, and even upgraded my room since I was there for a celebration! The room was beautiful, and very clean and modern. I don't have any complain whatsoever. The breakfast could be better if you are looking for a proper buffet style breakfast. The breakfast is Alcarte with some options for drinks and cold cuts at the counter. The drinks at the bar were quite good. It was a great stay for me!

Nicely proportioned room with lovely bathroom toiletries and an excellent shower. Lovely public areas which were bright, airy and nicely decorated. Breakfast was extra but represented excellent value for money. Good range of cocktails available from the lounge bar. Well located for access to a large shopping centre with many coffee shops and an excellent variety of shops.

We stayed just for one night after attending a gig at the London Stadium. The hotel is very well located for access to Westfield and the London Stadium area as well as public transport like the underground trains, overground trains, buses and taxis. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was big and it was good to see that is accommodated people who may have physical disabilities or accessibility issues. Breakfast was very mediocre with what felt slightly limited options but plenty of places to eat in the Westfield Centre which is literally a 2 minute walk away. The room was also very quiet even though close to one of the stations exits and there were many fans using it at the end of the night. I would happily stay there again.

Paid a lot for one night because of a conference nearby so disappointed to find my room was so close to the railway line that it was hard to sleep. Also always so hot in the rooms! Nice clean room and a very soft bed. Wish they had provided bigger mugs and more choice of teabags for that early morning hot drink. The cups were rather small. Nice, big, fluffy bath towels and bathroom was great.

The hotel stay was fantastic. Its prime location next to Stratford Westfield meant easy access to shops, food and groceries. The hotel itself was clean and elegant with very comfortable rooms featuring great sheets and bedding. The bathroom was also lovely. The lobby was lovely and had a great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Breakfast was overpriced and could have been better.

Really nice hotel, the room was comfortable, nice big bed and well designed (the lighting in particular). There was a miscommunication between the staff that led to us being overcharged, but this was resolved after a couple of emails back and forth so all good on that front. The location is good but the views aren't all that much, we could see the loading docks for the back of Westfield. It looks from the pictures like the hotel is a tower, but it only occupies the lowest floors of the building so don't expect spectacular London skylines from your window. Location was decent, close to Westfield and easy to get to the Olympic Park too. Solid place and we'd stay again.
