"The building exterior looked grim, so i was initially nervous, however, upon entering, i found the hotel to be quirky with the nautical theme, clean and engaging. "Staying here was a wonderful experience. It has only just open a year ago. Was given what probably is one of the best rooms in the place- on the upper corner of the building. Ceilings look to be 16' high. Despite being on a fairly busy road, I barely heard a thing. Slept 10 hour nights, then treated to a free breakfast where the entire menu is FREE for guests included with the price. And this was fancy food that I personally wouldn't normally have for breakfast. Apart from this is an open buffet...

"To say our room was supposed to an executive suite and was £300 a night, I would have expected to see the room in better up keep. The main room had a chunk of floor missing. In the bathroom the shower was lovely but also leaked so had to be careful about leaving anything on the side of the sink or it would get wet, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. On first glance the room was very nice but once you looked closer for those little details it showed that it wasn’t worth the money we had...

I had to go down to ask for it (no lotion provided also) and then my key didn't work so I had to keep going back up and down.
