Very comfortable hotel and an excellent breakfast in a room with view. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good public spaces but I was only there for a night so didn't have time to use them. My one criticism is the beige dreariness of the rooms. The headboards recall Merseybeat, so why not have a couple of frames posters or photos - those in the public areas are lovely. Make it warmer and more welcoming! Beige on a dreary day we very offputting.
