Great location and hotel

The team on reception were excellent, very friendly and helpful to my request for my wifes 50th, flowers/balloons & prosecco in our room on arrival at short notice, the room was massive and lovely.

Lovely big room with bery comfy beds. Staff were very friendly amd welcoming. Great location close to train statuon, shopping and lots of bars and restaurants. Good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay for myself and my partner as our first night away without our baby. Room was lovely, I was apprehensive after reading some negative reviews but our stay proved them wrong. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Only negatives I’d say were the heating didn’t work and you could hear the noise from outside. Staff were all lovely and accommodating.

Great location

The hotel was in a great location. Not too far a walk to the centre. Right next door to James street train station. The breakfast was pretty average and the roof top bar was small and quiet but all the staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Room was super spacious for a family of four with luggage. Property is in a great location though getting a little tired. We understand it will be undergoing a big renovation soon. We look forward to our next stay.

The place is about to shut down for a refit so the place is left in rack and ruin and no one cares as all have no jobs in a few weeks I felt for the staff but the photos they show is nothing like the rooms you get at all sorry they should just close untill the refit and not rip people off Sorry team you have to work with this going on. Would like to stay after and see your refit.
