The clock alarm went off at 5.30am with loud jazzy music. We had not set it. The area was quiet & the heating was on at the tight times ie when we arrived and in the morning. Towels need attention. No wifi. Otherwise value for a budget motel.

Unfortunately the room really needs a spring clean . When I touched the curtains my hand got dirty . I believe all the room’s curtains needed cleaning from looking from outside . The pillows in the room left a lot to be desired , I think update is over due . Hazard as you stepped out of our room number 19 the concrete had two levels, creating a very dangerous path/step .

A nice quiet position the motel is old but getting renovated slowly the bathrooms are done Lithgow is a mild weather area but the motel rooms have not got any air conditioning

Older property but the owners are refurbishing the bathroom had been updated very quiet area which is surprising most motels are on main road

The bedding looked as though it had been slept in several times. The room had an unpleasant odour. My partner refused to sleep there and we went elsewhere.

It is a very quiet & tidy place, with a nice view on the hills. It is a good place to start for national parcs, botanic garden and other interesting view point/ look outs.

Though not a 5 star place, the bed was one of the best motel beds I've ever slept in and the pillows were great. The room was small but didn't need anything big to sleep in. I would stay again if in the area.

Beds were untidy, insects under pillow, very old and tired, dark awful curtains, .smells stale, mothing nice about this property. Not worth $140 per night

Well, it was clean, the television worked and the shower pressure and temp’ was great. It was a breeze to check in, and did I mention it was clean? I’d suggest you look elsewhere if you’re over six feet/182cm tall, if you don’t like claustrophobic spaces, if you worry about room security, if you want real air conditioning, or you want great bang for your bucks. It’s not a knock on the place as such, but it felt like that place that you just paid for when you’d been tiring hours on the road and just wanted to lie down. To that end, it fits the bill, just with a higher price tag due to its overall location.

Comfortable Country Air
Comfortable stay with adequate room facilities. Plenty of parking on-site. A quiet location away from the Highway, convenient to town, tourism in the District and quick drive onward to other areas.

I didn't like the fact that after accepting my booking I was told on arrival that there were no rooms available. I also didn't like the fact that trere were no rooms available antwhere in Lithgow and that I would "have to go somewhere else" - at 9pm after driving for twelve hours.
