"We arrived early prior to check in after a long travel day. Even though we were told check in wasn’t until 2 pm, we decided to try shortly after 1 as we were sleep deprived and needed some rest. Marta who was the Room Services manager was super kind and helpful. Not only did she try to find a room for us but we were given a complimentary upgrade. "The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."
