Our stay at the Lisbonaire was great! Mardalina, the front desk employee was great: efficient, friendly, accommodating. The appartement was great! Spacious, clean, the kitchen was very well furnished. The Lisbonaire is very well located and quiet. We loved our stay!

The property was very good & clean but the next door building has construction going on so it’s very loud and can be nuisance as they start work from 8 :30 AM on weekdays. It would affect your morning sleep and also if you intend to take a break(rest) during the day. On weekends it’s quiet and peaceful as there is no construction work. Rest was good and no complaints.

The front desk was fantastic in helping to get my spouse some medical attention when she feel ill. We had a doctor come to our room to see her for a very reasonable fee at 9:30PM. The location of the property is also fantastic, highly recommend.

This was a great property to stay at! Positives: 1) My wife and I stayed here during our trip twice, and in the in between time (one night trip to sintra) we were able to leave our luggage in the locked storage room. 2) location is extremely central, nearby the metro and train stations 3) AC was good 4) good amenities 5) awesome to have an entire studio apartment to yourself, we didn’t cook, but certainly had what you needed 6) I had a few questions for the property owner, and we arrived after midnight. They were very helpful/responsive and helpful. 7) the rooftop balcony was fantastic to sit on late at night Negatives: 1) construction nearby, so don’t plan to sleep past 8am on a weekday… but I appreciate that’s not their fault. 2) the elevators don’t seem great, but my wife and I didn’t mind as we just took the stairs (they’re tight and slower), the staircase is large and open which is nice. 3) being in such a busy city centre, getting a bolt/taxi can be slow, but that’s easily resolved by using transit or walking a bit away to get to an easier pickup location. Overall, great stay, and I would highly recommend here. We would certainly come back.

The apartment was a nice size and very clean. Since we have older kids it was nice that they had their own bed. The apartments are conveniently located and we could walk to nearby points of interest. Staff was really helpful as we got in late and responsive when I asked how to set the AC. The only bad thing was the lift to enter parking garage. It was small! It was difficult to enter and leave but that was on me because I have never used a car lift and was worried I was going to damage our rental!

clean room ,laundry facilities, space, and best of all was location- guys you dont need an expensive hotel room. i would have like a slightly firmer mattress and pillows but thats my preference , and i would definately stay here again. tv is small - but your not in lisbon to watch tv-
