This property is NOT as advertised. Visitors beware! The photos on the website paint a lovely picture. That is not the case. The room is old, and dingy, with decaying furniture, and the lock on our window was broken, the terrace door falling off the wall. There is various verbiage listed around the room that read "We are not responsible for missing items." Even in the safe! When we brought up these concerns to the staff they just said "We can put you in another room tomorrow that looks more similar to what was advertised." We checked out after 30 minutes and found accommodation elsewhere. They will not issue a refund, though we were told they would and it was up to Expedia. I realize now they said this to appease me and get me to leave. Expedia has been wonderful, trying to get our money back, but the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Truly a disappointment to Portuguese hospitality.

Pros, good location close to transit and walking distance to water and sights. Cons, for some reason they did renovations while we were out and came back to drywall dust all over our stuff!!! Bathroom is tiny and would not be able to accomodate anyone who is slightly overweight you would not be able to get to the toilet unfortunately.
