"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Lisboa Pessoa hotel. The room was small (which I expected given location) but clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable, which was great as I have a bad back and often struggle when we travel. The free mini bar was a lovely extra touch. The location was perfect - easily walkable to Baixa-Chiado metro (5-10 minutes) and same for getting Tram 28, as well as local sites. We were meeting friends for dinner the one night we stayed, and the location was excellent for our chosen meeting spot and restaurant. We were only disappointed that we didn't have longer there to be able to try out the spa/pool and the bar. The roof restaurant however was wonderful for breakfast in the morning - we sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful view across the rooftops to the castle. The hotel also let us store our luggage the morning before check-in so we didn't have to drag it around all day, which we appreciated. The only small thing would be that I'd appreciate an earlier check-in than 4pm, however the hotel really made it work with the luggage, said they'd call if the room was ready earlier, and the luggage was already in the room for us when we arrived back to check-in which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely consider staying here again if we returned to Lisbon."

"Great central location next to the Martin Moniz Park. Very courteous staff and wonderful rooftop bar. The Varanda Restaurant is one of the best in the city with 270 degree views of Lisbon but, plan on reserving a table one to two days in advance."

"What a great place to stay. Excellent service by all staff members & location was great as you could get to lots of the touristy places without having to endure the steep streets on the way back to the hotel. Room was excellent and included all toiletries needed and unlike the majority of the hotels we stayed in in Lisbon, the TV actually worked. Would definitely stay again."
