We had the apartment which was great There was lots of room, it was clean. The location was great and we had the tram stop right in front. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the couple who was either above us or next door who had very loud sex sessions throughout the night and morning.

Lovely stay here. Clean, spacious, quiet and convenient location once we figured out the trams. Was just 20ish minutes from the airport as well by Uber. Nice to have a little kitchenette as well for evening tea.

We had a wonderful visit! The room was clean and very comfortable, with a unique set up we’ve never seen before. We absolutely loved it!! What made our stay even more memorable was the staff who went out of their way to help us get to the cruise port. We were having trouble getting an uber and the staff at the desk went above and beyond walking us all the way so we didn’t get lost! She even carried my bag down the stairs!! I wish I got her name as she deserves a raise!! Thank you so much!!

Staff was incredible - lovely attitude and genuinely committed to help. Room was clean and spacious. Beware, Alfama is hilly but the hotel is conveniently located between two Tram 28E stops. Uber from Baixa was super cheap! We stayed on a river view room - super spacious and quiet. Rooms towards the front are probably noisier due to tram passing in front of the hotel. Do yourself a favor and walk downhill, you’ll see a restaurant (Salsa) and right next to the restaurant is a tiny souvenir shop! Go there and ask Sabina to give you a good price - cork bags? Check! Cheap water - check! T-shirts? Check. We are only sad we didn’t have a longer stay.

A slightly run-dien exterior disguises this lovely little hotel in the heart of Alfama, just 5 mins from Miradouro de Sta Luzia. We had a 'superior room' which was huge - sofa, fridge, lovely bathroom, 2 big windows (roof top view of the opposite side of the street) with warm, minimalist decor. Comfortable twin beds for me & my son. Very helpful, friendly staff and having arrived early we were able to store our bags until check in. I've bookmarked it for our next stay and would highly recommend.

The property is at an ideal location and rooms are spacious. It's right in front of a lovely breakfast spot that serve delicious breakfast and right next to a very good coffee shop with great pastries. The property needs some maintenance and I must say it was definitely noisy, Tram 28 literally passes in front of the hotel front door. The windows are probably not double glazed and so you'll definitely get the noise. Also since it's so central, Saturday night was more noisy because of people out partying/drinking nearby. Expect the random shouting/singing outside! I had earlier plugs and they did the job. Staff were lovely and helpful. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to stay very central. Loads of dinner options around.

Excellent location. The apartment is a bit worn and outdated, but very clean. Big rooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. You'll have everything you need for a nice stay. Perfect for a family of 4. We were just the two of us and didn't use one of the bedrooms.

The staff was very accommodating. We had only 1 night and were able to store bags while seeing Lisbon. They gave helpful suggestions about our stay and trip to airport. Room was more spacious than we expected and clean. Everything we expected in a hotel. We appreciated the comfortable bed after a full day of climbing the hills of Lisbon. It might have been us, but we could not get A/C in our room to cool it. I am not sure it was available and we did not realize this until too late to deal with it. We simply opened the window on our second floor room, and that made it okay.
