"The comfort of the beds, the wonderful double sliding doors to the balcony to block out street noise, and little touches like spacious closets and a retractable clothesline over the tub more than make up for any cosmetic deficiencies like scuffs on the paint and dated carpet. Our room was huge and comfortable. Staff are attentive and efficient. Very nice breakfast with many Portuguese specialty pastries along with meats and cheeses, eggs etc."

"Amazing hotel with wonderful staff, good base for a visit to Lisbon. Steep walk on the way home but taxis are cheap "

"Booked this hotel for a one night stay as we were flying out home the next morning. At 5am in the morning, we reached the airport in 10 minutes. Comfortable room, kids slept on the pull out sofa, it was clean and service was great. We walked to a mall 10 mins away for dinner. Would be happy to stay here again but not with bigger kids as the pull out bed might be too small and uncomfortable."
