"Hotel is not located in the historic and very busy part of the city. More of an upscale neighborhood that was less active, which worked for us. Great rooftop pool and the buffalo breakfast is the best I’ve experienced. You’re only a 7 Euro cab to Rossio. I don’t recommend returning to the hotel via Metro to the M. De Pombal station. The walk up the hill to the hotel will get you."

"Like the cafeteria just beside the Easy Hotel Lisbon and cheaper prices. The staffs are nice and accommodating. The staff let us in earlier as soon as the room is ready. He saw us very tired from our flights."

"The staff was welcoming and very helpful to any question we had. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast, a good selection of food to eat and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again. The only observation I have is that the hotel rooms need to be updated."

The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up. The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance. "
