"The location was perfect for visiting the downtown Ottawa area and seeing all the lights . we visited Byward market, the rideau center and all is very close. We took advantage of the parking at City Hall to make it even more affordable.
Hotel was great, and the kids loved the pool and hottub.

"Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa."
"A gem of a place.
Beautiful Victorian home decorated with exquisite taste. Mid December, it was decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Like a warm hug when you came through the door!
Family run, everyone was welcoming & helpful. Breakfasts were truly excellent - try the banana & strawberry crepes made by Holly.
Our room was spacious & we had a real fire, quite the treat. Tea & coffee available 24/7 in the lounge.
We had a wonderful stay, hotel is very central for downtown - 15 minute walk along Rideau takes you to the NAC, Byward Market etc. A few minutes more to Parliament Hill. (We are in our 60s).
Definitely a 5 star experience for us."
