"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good. Public spaces were nice. Was given a room opposite the elevator and could hear noisy conversations as people gathered here. Borrowed an iron which was faulty and didn’t work. Breakfast was poor for the price paid. "

"Room was small but clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately on the second day we had no hot water. We had spent the day climbing in the sun and were sweaty and dirty and could not have a shower as the water was as cold as ice. We were attending an event in the evening so this was especially inconvenient and spoiled our evening as we felt so uncomfortable. Staff said they were aware but didn’t know when it would be fixed. They promised to update us but never did. From reading reviews it seems this has been a recurring issue with this property for some time and they don’t seem to be able resolve it. I couldn’t possibly recommend staying here as they can’t even cover the most basic necessities for a comfortable stay."
