"Stayed for 6 nights. Our room is not cleaned and beds are left undone on a daily basis but towels are replaced. There is no closet, hooks or racks for towels or used clothes, no mini refrigerator. Breakfast has limited choices. Friendly front desk service personnel. Not highly recommended for longer stay but only good for an overnight stay."

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but also very unkind. Area is a 5-7 mins Uber ride to Zurich airport but quite far to Zurich city centre."
