Good location but totally excellent service

"The room was comfortable and was just the right amount of space and the hotel was in great location. However, what set this hotel apart is the excellent service that the staff provided! The gentlemen at the front desk were very polite and helpful. On-site parking is definitely a huge plus but the downside for me was driving through narrow ramps and parking my on tight spaces. However, the attendants at the front desk were always willing to help me navigate to the hotel parking lot to ensure I don’t scratch my new car. Highly recommend and I come stay again. "

Everything you need!

"I enjoyed this hotel. It’s small and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that a grand hotel would, but that’s part of the charm! I flew into Zurich from the US and only needed to stay one night before continuing my journey. It’s very close to the train station. Get on the 11 train and your next stop is the hotel! The train stop is less than a block away. This may not be the place to stay if you want more than 2 people in the room as the rooms are small and so is the bathroom and shower. I opted for a room with its own bathroom but I think they have shared bathroom options too. "

"The staff are great, very friendly, fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the room. The hotel is very convenient being basically part of the airport, it took me at most 10 minutes from checking out to airport security which was also very fast and efficient. The whole experience was very much better than I hoped it would be. A lot of "verys" there I know but :-)."

"Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The kitchen was great, with it's Keurig, good refrigerator, and dishwasher. And, we were thankful to have a washer/dryer (even though it was a bit frustrating when it refused to open at the end of the cycles, which took a really long time too). All of the staff (housekeeping and front desk) were super nice and accommodating! The whole apartment felt very luxurious and everyone concluded that it really was a perfect choice for our stay in Zürich. Thank you so much! We will be back."
