Very basic hotel but a fabulous location and the cheapest place I could find with. Double bed and private bathroom in super expensive Zurich. No staff there, but check in at the machines inside the entrance was straight forward and in multiple languages!!

Good hotel for what you get and how cheap it is. No staff onsite but easy checkin with the machines. They offer locker storage which was very convenient, they are quite large fitting 2 suitcases in one locker. No air conditioning so was extremely hot in the room on a 30 degree day. Also gets noisy at night as there is a restaurant on the back of the hotel with a dj playing till late at night. Location is slightly out of the way, with no tourists or stores around these streets.

The accommodation was clean and tidy good location to town and transport ideal if you plan to eat out a lot and explore the city. Take plenty of money as it’s not cheap when your there to eat out or transport.
A restaurant called rice up lovely food definitely recommend if you like this food

Nice clean town to walk around and plenty of shops bakery’s and coffee .

In 15 years of traveling all over thecworld and staying in similar grade hotels, this was one of the worst experiences. The customer interface was rude, the key amenities were non existent or non functional, and overall inconvenience level was very high. The location and cleanliness were good

Easy check in process with no staff here. Lobby area totally just full of people in the way though not even appearing to check in! Room was simple but spacious for the price and bathroom was good size and useful. Shower very powerful. Bathroom door didn’t open as much as expected but wasn’t an issue for us. Tv didn’t work couldn’t access any channels but not a huge issue for one night stay. Windows opened wide useful for ventilation, plus a fan. Good location being so close to many shops and the train station, walkable area for sure!

This was a very poor stay, while the room locked and we felt safe in this location. It was great that there was a luggage lift. The room is absolutely tiny which is fine but then it needs to be efficient which this room was certainly not. There was excess furniture which limits bag space. Furthermore the airflow absolutely sucked and the room was hotter inside than outside overnight. All that is provided is a small desk fan which took up 1 of the 2 working (4 total) sockets in the room. Again this is not efficient people want to charge their devices etc and need more than 1 outlet. Maintenance needs to be looked into for this room. The bathroom was of an adequate size for a place like this. Also massive tease that the reception area has very good air conditioning while the rooms have no air conditioning. Reasonable walk from the train station to the hotel which is great.

Location and lockers and mattress good. Height of bed from floor poor, very low. Size of room poor, could hardly get round bed. Bathroom horrific! Sliding glass door was inches from my head and opened directly onto the toilet. No privacy from smells, sounds or being seen!!! Not ok when sharing!

Check in was super easy. There were no amenities. It is a room with two beds, two towels, two pillows and two blankets with not much else. If super simple is what you need, this is the place for you. Very convenient to the main train station in Zurich. I was only there for one night so it was okay.

The hotel was clean but when you have problem the lack of staff is an issue ! I had problems with the A/C . I needed an iron and board , even getting a taxi was an issue !!! The location was good and easily walkable into the Old Town

Although it does not have front desk, the check-in process is very intuitive and easy to complete. There are multiple restaurants on the same block, lots of options. My room overlooked the backyard and dining room of a nice restaurant. It is quiet and no noise even when we opened the windows. Overall the hotel is adequate.
