"My room was given a quick clean and straightened up each day and i recieved new towels. The staff were all really friendly in the hotel and the restaurant- I twice ate in the hotel in the evening and even though people were queuing out the door they ensured i was accommodated. The foundue was amazing. The hotel is traditional swiss - some of the wood in my room could do with refinishing but everything otherwise was well maintained. The bed was super comfy. TV - i had some access to UK channels. Shower was really powerful. You had free access to a fridge downstairs for soft drinks and water to take to your room. "
