We loved our stay. Our room was one of the 5th floor apartment style rooms which was unique and let us spread out a bit. The kitchenette was welcome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the decor. Safe convenient area. Easy walk to the main train station and a large Coop.

Very good stay.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, quiet and the staff are very friendly. It is also in a great location, with a close walk to the train/tour bus stations, old town and all of the shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

This was our last stay on our trip and everything was perfect. They set up a crib in our room, there was a mini fridge, the location was right next to the train to take us to the airport and the complimentary breakfast for one was great (our son was also free which was a big help). Thank you so much for ending our trip on a positive!

Hotel Helvetia was amazing! Location is the only thing that I didnt like. But the service, rooms, bars were great. The pool bar with Jack and Michael was awesome. They treated us so well and make amazing cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel

This was a lovely, unique place to stay while in Zurich. I loved the art flare about it and how quaint it is. It is very convenient to the trains and walkable to Zurich's main downtown area. There is also a grocery store very close. The hotel is on a busy intersection, which creates a lot of street noise until about 10pm, but the windows muffle the noise well. I will definitely return.

Lovely hotel, niche and cute. This is a boutique hotel, so no trappings of usual commercial establishment. Pros and cons to that. Cons: very small room. Pros: everything else.
