"Booked a one night stay on a ski vacation. Very warm welcome from the staff, and a super easy check in process. We were given an upgraded experience due to our expedia level, which included some complementry items such as a bottle of wine. The property is nice, but there is certainly room for improvement. When we opened the door, it was quite a nice little place, however you could tell it had been renovated....... either in haste or tight budget. Flooring gaps around all the registers is a prime example. The room also included amenities such as local soaps/shampoos/conditioners, or at least the bottles were there, but a number of the products were empty. We had to ask for toilet paper as the unit had no stock, and the roll left for our arrival was........ lacking. Overall a good stay, but missing many of those "easy" to catch items. "

"We were given a complimentary 3-day bus pass and schedule to get around downtown, which relieved so much pressure having to worry about parking when wanting to get to our restaurant which was in a more central part of town. This also would be great if staying longer and utilizing it for getting to the ski hills. The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy access to parking and restaurants on the property which were both fantastic. While there isn't a room service option is is very quick and easy to order ahead and pick up take-away from both restaurants. Great stay!"

"We called before we booked this on Expedia and asked if there was any restrictions or limitations to the pool area. They said it would be up and running. They failed to mention that the pool didn't open until 230 so on her last day we woke up and went to take our kids swimming before we checked out at 11 like most hotels and it was closed when I tried to speak to it about the front end lady. She was condescending rude and they were very misleading and deceptive when we called to ask them before booking and they were dismissive when I talked to them and said it was posted on their website but yet we booked on Expedia definitely will not be staying here again probably worth the 20 minute drive to Canmore less money, equivalent hotel a lot friendly of staff. "
