"The staff were all great - they were patient and helpful anytime we had to talk to them about issues. But, the hotel is getting older with decor falling off walls and roofs peeling, and rooms are not sound proof at all - which is where helpful staff were great as they responded to 2 am noise issues quickly and professionally, turning a noise issue into a wellness check (which was the right call) for the arguing in the next room."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cabins are rustic and cozy but very clean. We loved that each cabin had its own fire pit outside and a wood stove inside. The view of the mountains was gorgeous and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!"
