"I searched for DAYS for a nice hotel for my family and I for our first time in Tokyo and so glad we found this one. An absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptionally kind staff and well-appointed rooms that doesn't break the bank. The location couldn’t be better, right across from Ueno Park (one of Japan’s first public parks) and conveniently next to a 7/11 (and many other food options) for our early riser friends. Highly recommend!"

"Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families. We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did check in later on. "
