The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! There are plenty of food options within walking distance, and they provide fresh water anytime you ask. The only downside was that the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Other than that, everything else was great and I’d still recommend it for its cleanliness and service.

I had a great stay at Nest Hotel Hanzomon. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect after long days exploring Tokyo. The location near the Hanzomon subway station made getting around easy. I'd definitely stay here again!

we had to use the room freshener very often to get rid the smell in the room. the size of the room will be okay if you travel alone. But you may still feel very tight and claustrophobic in some degree.

A modern, well-maintained hotel in a convenient location with easy access to any part of the city. Very convenient. Like many hotels in Tokyo, its rooms are somewhat small. You sleep well, although there's little room to move around in the room.

Nice place to stay for the price, room was smaller than expected for sure but mainly used it to rest sleep and shower after walking and sight seeing. 7/11 and Family Mart within 2 minutes walking down stairs, train station so close and a food places within walking distance. You can have your room cleaned just place the magnet on your door, fresh towels and tooth brushes provided along with 2 bottles of water. AC could be just a few degrees colder in summer but was just fine. Would stay again but maybe a larger room next time!

Staff were very kind and helpful. Area was very safe, walkable, easy to trains and busses. Im a runner and there is a 5k loop around the imperial palace/gardens. My toddler loved the childrens park a couple minutes down the road that had police station next door.

Great accommodation.. Very close to subway train station, just across the road. Local restaurants near by. 7-Eleven, Lawson and family mart on the same junction. Great service from staff, room service everyday. Nest hotel is close to all amenities. Highly recommended.
