Room was great once inside and property has a great location in Ueno. Check-in was particularly difficult for me, it’s all code based more or less and wasn’t working on my phone and it took a lot longer than necessary for that to be resolved. Luggage storage is nice and it’s a good place to stay.

Very spacious, clean room - had everything we needed. Check-in totally automated - small luggage storage and everything needed QR code and Google form filling. So if you prefer to have someone to talk to then this may not be for you.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to train stations and the skyline to return to Narita airport. The room itself has plenty of space for a family of four. Staff were very helpful, with a smooth check in/out process. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Location was good right in the middle of everything. And all the amenities that you would require, but you can get a little turned around in the streets. Trying to get to and from the hotel. The shower was absolutely amazing. Especially after traveling..

It was such a lovely hotel, clean and modern. Automated check in which was easy, but very friendly and helpful staff onsite so you never felt like no one was there. Great convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was in a great location, was clean, and we had plenty of space in a room with bunk beds (two twin up and two larger beds down). The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again!
