It’s very close to the station, the bed and pillow are very soft, and the towels are free to use! There are also small lockers to put your valuables and plenty of space on the floor in the rooms to pack and store your luggage.

Each capsule was clean and common areas are maintained in a daily basis like clockwork. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and the check-in / check out process was very easy to do solo. The common area in 6F was a great way to meet new people as well if they're willing to talk, otherwise most people just keep to themselves which is ok. The shower, sink, washroom and hallways are always kept pristine each day and garbage bins are accessible all throughout. Laundry is available on 6F for ¥300 + ¥100 for dryer. If you don't have laundry detergent, theres a vending machine for ¥100. If I'm coming back to Tokyo in the future I would definitely pick this place again. If you're considering this place, just remember to be polite and as quiet as you can when around the capsules, esp past 11pm.

very spacious capsules that are decent at blocking out noise and light from other travellers in your room. provides towels and dental materials. washer/dryer and detergent available for purchase. sinks, toilets, and showers are separate; plenty of sinks and showers, enough toilets. check-in process is very strict about starting because it's automated, but check-out is rather loose. staff is nominally present and are more helpful during the stay itself than during check in/check out. hostel is within walking distance of the asakusabashi station on the toei asakusa line, which services both haneda and narita airports. this is exceptionally convenient.

Location near to metro & JR trains a plus; also be sure to try the typical Japanese soup breakfast almost in front, just next to the Turkish fast food place - do not set high your comfort expectations, but definitely an authentic local experience & taste, and yet the cook speaks some English, which is handy when one learns Japanese still. Amenities very basic and low quality (toothpaste made in China!?), disappointing even for a hostel, likewise the lack of a drinkable water fountain (only hot water available, else "go to 7/11" said the receptionist) and presence of a jumping spider near the "kitchen" sink. (microwave + fridge & coffee vending machine place by the way, no real kitchen available) Relative cleanliness of bathroom compared to other hostels; could be improved still (staff seems to be a little careless overall, the first time I went there - and didn't recall the name hence booked again - had to insist so that the check-in clerk helps as the system wouldn't let me check in; they became extremely helpful after seeing my passport, which is kind of dubious, when I think of it again now, even if it was better than before insisting to be helped obviously - bottomline in such places if you have to stay there, be insistent to be helped, whenever there is no reaction/dismissal at first).

The location is amazing and the hotel is very good value for solo travellers. The condition is well maintained from the friendly staff. The cleanliness of the facility and the experience of your stay is still dependant on who and how many people are staying. Overall my experience was great and I would come back as another time as a solo traveller.

周りは飲食店も多く宿泊しやすい場所で今回2回目です。前回は女性限定フロアにしたんですが今回は共同にしてみました。少し不安でしたが　普通に女性もいるし監視カメラもあるし　心配するほどじゃなかったです。ただ共同のせいか分かりませんがトイレが汚れていましたが、色んな国や生活の仕方が違うのかと思い自分で少し掃除しました

The most entitled, unaware and rude guests accentuated by the lack of staff onsite! There is no staff onsite, no communication, and no enforcement of any rules. I contacted them multiple times during my stay and was ignored completely. People take phone calls in their beds, don’t use headphones, pack loudly late at night, and ignore any basic sense of shared-space etiquette. There are effectively no quiet hours. Ps. X 26 beds = 26 people talking and doing whatever they want when you are trying to rest. There’s no switch to turn lights on and off, stays on the whole time - Sleeping here is a struggle, even with earplugs. I’ve stayed in countless hostels in Europe, Central and South America and people are considerate and way more polite - after 10pm you enter the room using a flashlight and have to remain quiet. ALL REAL TRAVELERS KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A HOTEL AND YOU MUST RESPECT OTHERS. Cleanliness and location are fine, but that’s where the positives end. Also worth noting: no kitchen, no water fountain, and fully self-service check-in/out with zero support. If you’re expecting a hostel experience with even minimal structure or consideration, look elsewhere.
