"Our one week stay had several frustrating issues that made it less enjoyable than expected. We repeatedly requested basic toiletries—specifically toilet paper—starting at 9 AM and did not receive it until 5 PM, which is unacceptable. Housekeeping also seemed lacking, as there was trash left under the sink from a previous guest. Additionally, the room itself was very noisy, with constant traffic sounds and frequent honking from the valet area, making it difficult to relax. We also found there were not enough trash bags provided, and both the valet service and elevators had long wait times, which added to the inconvenience. The kitchen supplies also need improvement—the pots and utensils were outdated and should be upgraded. Lastly, the hotel advertised laundry facilities, but none were available during our stay. Overall, while the property may have potential, improvements in cleanliness, responsiveness, and amenities are definitely needed. The pool had perfect temperature and a few steps from the beach was great. "

"As online listings and photos not match with properties as well as whole two bedroom are not proper two bed room it is just one partial partition to divide it , car parking is wasted of whole one hour time when we are picking up car from counter. House is not even clean and no mush facilities as listed online. So overall bad experience to stay here"
