"The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower pressure was fantastic! Some of the staff was very helpful and some less helpful. I didn't care for the surrounding areas, but overall a great stay, to be located close to the airport."

"Very nice hotel and close to the cruise terminal. Was happy to have found this special place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and had such a nice overall appearance. Beautiful pool are with bar near. Restaurant and food available. Our room was very clean and spacious. Extremely impressed and better than expected. If you want a great hotel that isn’t on South Beach, this is a fantastic one to try. Will stay in the future."

"The service was excellent. One major discomfort was that they are strict and only give two bottles of water per room, even with a family of four. I asked to purchase water and was directed to the vending machine which was out of order. We took the shuttle from the airport so we were forced to door dash water. The ice machine on our floor (10th) was not on or working. It was a 90 degree day. The pool was open and refreshing and the room ac worked very well. The pool was very outdated but was still great and refreshing. Our room was clean. The staff in the dinning room were stellar. The bar had a nice little menu. The Mac n cheese was good. The pizza was not! The quesadillas were very good. The breakfast buffet was very good. I booked via hotels.com and paid a little extra per night for breakfast which was worth it. I loved the little Starbucks cafe in the lobby. I would consider staying there again because of the pool and airport shuttle as well as breakfast and Starbucks. I wasn’t wowed though so if I found a nicer hotel with the same amenities I would pass."
