"We got a standard room for 2 adults and a toddler. So our room was facing the street which was loud at times but okay overall. The staff especially the cleaning staff were great and attentive and helpful. We also tried the restaurant at dinner time and they were very accommodating with our toddler’s food request. The pool was open every day we were there though the weather was a bit on the cool and windy side. We love the foyer and lobby, it was very open, modern and bright. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"I arranged before I arrived in Miami for a small birthday cake and champagne to be present at the room at check in as a surprise for my wife’s birthday. As you can probably guess, the amenities were not present. Eventually, after having to complain, the amenities were delivered while my wife and I were off the resorts campus. While we were away and before we even knew the amenities were delivered I received an email stating that they had delivered the amenities and were “prepared and presented according to [my] request.” The tone deaf nature of that email was infuriating. I responded to that email explaining my discontent and never received an email in response to that. My wife had a spa appointment as well. The jacuzzi and sauna were out of service and only informed her after check in. They also told her that the maintenance team would need to be present in the women’s locker room while she changed! My wife had to ask for the man in the locker room to be removed before she changed. Every single conversation I had with staff, I got nothing but poorly thought out excuses. Even when we agreed on solutions, they managed to screw up there too. They charged us twice and to the wrong cards for the spa and the check out invoice they gave us reflected an inflated price. When I explained, the staff clearly treated us with disrespect. The property and food was great and the staff should do better to meet those standards."

"The hotel is lovely. The restaurants and pool area are very nice. The issue I had was with staff entering my room when I had the "PRIVACY" sign on when I wasn't in the room. I have brought the issue up with the management and they have assured me they will address it and get back to me; however, I never heard back."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It was so convenient to Lincoln Road (very cool walkable area with nice restaurants, shops and art) and the beach! We came off a cruise and it was very close to the port. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the food. It also has a cool taco restaurant attached and we had a great brunch at the other attached restaurant. The pool were very fun also. "
