"Clean but noisy room. Could hear the next door neighbors, road traffic, hall doors shutting. No real hot water during entire stay, only warm. On checkout morning, 7:00, there was zero hot water, so we had cold showers. Staff was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. The view of the city was nice. Bistro Collins served beautiful and tasty food."

"Decent value for oceanfront room, but facilities are slightly run down. I believe they sell day passes for the hotel, so the pool can get extremely packed on the weekends with people who aren't guests of the hotel. I recommend a cabana on the beach if you can splurge. Food options are decent, in close walking distance to many other beach restaurants."
