"Check in was at 3pm but we got checked in at 4pm. We got told that we are a priority but thought that was something they said to everyone coming in to hotel. The sauna shower facilities didn't work. The shower in the sauna had to be held in to use it and there was another shower which we didn't know the use of. The gym wasn't great as machines didn't work. "I arrive late after regular check in and thankfully they have a kiosk for self check in. The computer screen had error issue and they had a ph number lidted for back up manual key retrieval. The place was super clean and house keeping did their cleaning the following day as well. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean and in good condition.
