"The location is great but NOISY - near the beach, moped rentals, stores, and restaurants but the street near by is extremely loudy with cars and yelling all night long. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is okay overall, but it is definitely older and more on the very “basic” side of a hotel. I do not recommend the “laundry facilities” as they are old, run down, basically in an open air closet, and left my clothes stinkier than before. "

"There was miss communication about parking and not enough detail when we booked that they charge $45 for valet and that there is no free parking but can park for $35 at another hotel about 4-5 blocks away. The pool was closed the entire time and that was not told to us either. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was right by the elevators so we could hear everyone getting on and off. It was walkable to many restaurants and shopping and close enough to the beach. Breakfast was lame, not what the...

"The furniture is small and uncomfortable"

"Really good hotel. Stayed in Koa room which was spacious with well equipped kitchen. Small pool on roof, but just a few minutes walk from a great beach. And really well located for shopping and restaurants in Waikiki. Valet parking very efficient, including when leaving for an early flight. I’m sure there are more luxurious places, but this was very good and excellent value. I’d stay again."

"The place seemed a little run down but the room was clean and spacious and the staff very pleasant. The hotel is near the road but it was surprisingly fairly quiet and very close to all that Waikiki offers. It was a studio but you will need everything if you want to make a meal. There's not even a kettle!"
