"Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else. Getting refunded Inaccurate information on the site as it is not updated as shown online I let a hotel representative know as soon as possible. Within two hours of checkin we were packing our things to find a more suitable space for the remainder of our trip. I had complaints on everything from cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, and safety and security concerns. Everything smells like mold. The second you leave the beautiful lobby floor, the carpets are damp, it This place is definitely falling apart. I would recommend it if you are budget conscious as the cost and closeness to activities and nightlife could be a selling point for many."

"Beautiful location in the harbor. The room upgrade is definitely worth it. Staff was attentive and always friendly. Cabana was a nice touch. The hotel is also essentially located next to several restaurants and pubs in walking distance within two minutes. The location was very, very clean and they were very kind to my special-needs child and accommodating."

"So this property is advertised on Expedia very nicely. What they don’t tell you is that the parking sucks. Having traveled by myself; I didn’t appreciate that as the parking lot that I ended up in was across the street next to the red lobster. The one right next door that they advertised was not available. This was especially frustrating when on the very first night this caught me by surprise and I didn’t get any help from the receptionist as he had hip surgery and could not walk down. Also need to note that I was glad that I didn’t have my handicapped husband with me cause there were stairs and no way to get to elevator to get to room."
