"This is advertised as a hotel. It’s NOT. BUT…a load of brand new apartments, unsold, that are rented out. Check in at front desk - NO. Some guy who came down in lift, then showed us to a locked apartment. We had to go to another (smaller) room. The same guy failed ‘twice’ to meet us next day to ‘check out’ and return the cash deposit. Still waiting for this to arrive in my account. The ‘one night’ flight-layover will be at a different place next time."

"The room was nice, the staff was helpful. The bathroom wall though had mold in the shower portion so wasn’t the cleanest. Overall okay for the price and for one night "

"Guy on the desk was very helpful and he does a good job, however the hotel doesn't accept credit cards so they asked me to walk 5 minutes on the side of the motorway to an ATM. Bed sheets also not very clean and had multiple stains. Wifi didn't work in the morning. "

"Perfect for our needs (a sleep during our 10 hour stop over). Room was tidy and clean. Check in was simple, wake up call was available and cheap taxi service was oragnised with the front desk when we needed to return to the airport."

" The hotel is old dirty and smell horrible . We check in the take a look of the room we ran right out and check out right away . Also they ask for deposit from us . But I don’t see anything’s in the room or services that they needs deposit. But anyway we would not recommend this hotel to anyone even those it cheap but it not worth it. "

"Good shopping centre plenty of variety of food, even fast food chains for the kids. Lots of things to do without having to go into the city of your shopping a short stop over in Malaysia."
