They have an obsession about air conditioning, everywhere is so cold, like 16 °C maybe. Outside was nice and warm and inside very cold, we had to wear duvets . The overall feeling is average, bedding quite clean but the rest not outstanding. For the breakfast they have cold fruits although there are plenty of fruits in this country they serve them cold and NO BANANAS. What tropical country doesn't have bananas at breakfast??? I wouldn't take my friends here that is certain.

Excellent Hotel Choice!

Beautiful modern hotel with spacious rooms and rooftop bar and pool with breathtaking view. Very good buffet breakfast and complimentary sweet treats. Staff are fabulous and always doing whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. Convenient location to other restaurants and shopping.

Everything you would expect from 5* - discrete and impeccable service, lovely rooftop pool and bar, decent breakfast. No more than 20 min walk to Petronas Towers - only minus, restaurant only open for evening meal Fri and Sat but plenty of options nearby.

Great city stay

Really nice hotel in KL. Good distance to nearly everything - just order a grab and they will bring you around. Rooms are very spacious, nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym too.

Great hotel in a great location

Perfect location with access to the train system and numerous restaurants. The hotel breakfast was good but the room service menu could have included more options. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive to my needs.

The rooftop pool and bar were a standout. It was conveniently located close to nice local restaurants and coffee spots, as well as Dang Wangi station which can get you to the main tourist attractions. The gym facilities were also good, and our room was clean and well equipped. We would stay here again.

A wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable, quiet. 5 min walk from Dang Wangi station that is only 3 stops away from KL Sentral and 2 stops away from KLCC. Many good restaurants just within two min of walking.
