It's okay. It shows laundry is available on Hotel.com, but the COSMO Hotel doesn't have laundry facilty available. The breakfast experience was not good. People were eating while walking around.

I liked 1) the position near Masjid Jamek KL Rapid RedOne Line and just 2 stops to KL Sentral 2) good value for Money I didn't like breakfast cause was poor and the elevators got stuck twice

Over and beyond

Very cheerful and welcoming staff at check-in. Went over and beyond to make me feel welcome after I upgraded my room. I would even say that they were better than all the 5-star hotels I have stayed in as far as customer care is concerned.

I believe it was a top four star hotel in kl but it seems that things have not been maintained and a lot of work needs to be done to fix the condition of rooms and facilities . Our room was smelly and run down with worn furniture and broken fixtures. The king sized bed in such a small room made it such that you could not open the cupboard door on one side where the ironing board was- thankfully we did not need to us it as it would have been very difficult to pull it out. On the other side of the bed it was so close to the wall that I had to shuffle sideways to get out of bed . The king bed was comfortable and the highlight of the room.

Disappointing

This was a disappointing stay. Our room was never cleaned even if we asked for it to be cleaned. The hotel needs refurbishment as well. The area is good though as you are close to countless restaurants.

Curtains didn’t close all the way and felt just a bit of dampness to the touch on the sofa and curtains and it wasn’t dirty but definitely wasn’t clean in opinion. I have high standards for cleanliness though.

Air conditioning not working; it was so bad that the hallway was cooler than the room. To their credit, an engineer came to my assistance fairly quickly after I made a complain, but the room was still significantly warmer than many other places I’ve stayed in Malaysia/overseas. There were ants and sandflies in the room. Enough said. Property advertised as parking included - yeah right, it’s a third party parking and there’s no discount/subsidised rate, I had to pay the parking fee in full, thanks for that :) Water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I should’ve just paid a bit more at Sheraton

The front counter staff, the doormen and the dining room staff were extremely helpful, polite and always greeted us with warm smiles. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. My mother celebrated her 88th birthday and was surprised with a lovely cake and some special gifts- thank you so much Sharon. This has been such a special time and so many wonderful memories for her

There was very little to like about this hotel bedding was dirty smelt like someone had been sleeping in the bed and sheets nit changed .no view windows were filthy very noisy and someone was trying to open the adjoining door in the middle of the night area was not safe staff not very helpful

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, right near the centre. Staff were friendly and there was a great choice of foods at breakfast. However the lift takes a long time to come and sometimes goes past your floor!

フロントのPeng さん、レストランの責任者の男性はじめスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。場所もコスパも最高でしたが、食事はインド系や南アジアの方向けのようで、私はあまり食べられず、ホテルのレストランでいただいた夕食や、せっかくキレイに盛り付けて下さったルームサービスのお食事をたくさん残してしまい、申し訳なかったです。私は健康を気にしているので、砂糖や油や着色料を控えており、ジュースもフレッシュなものしか飲まないので、もう少しヘルシーなものがあると嬉しいなと思いました。とは言え、この値段では信じられないほどの素晴らしいサービスをたくさん受けました。本当にありがとうございました。

Horrible! The property has a stinky weird smell. We saw crockeroges running around in the dining room. One was on our chair and we told the waiter. He was taking his time to grab a napkin to kill it. It is in a good location for train and public transportation. Free Indian buffet breakfast.

The hotel was clean, but I did expect a bit more. The air conditioning wasn’t really adjustable and was very noisy, as was the ventilation system in the room. The rooms were poorly soundproofed — we could hear the neighbors making phone calls. We had to ask for toilet paper and other supplies a few times, as they weren’t restocked during cleaning. On the bright side, it’s in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food at this hotel for breakfast is terrible. The chefs cook like they just learned how to cook. There is no food for Westerners. Everything is local or Indian food. The restaurant chairs are filthy covered with stains. The management of this hotel is so terrible that even when you call them, they refuse to answer their calls. Internet is constantly goes down at one time. This must’ve been a nice hotel but it is no longer a nice hotel. I strongly urge all people, especially if you’re an Expat or foreigner to not stay at this hotel there is nothing for you here. Malaysia is a wonderful country, but the ministry of tourism needs to go to this hotel and straighten it out
